- Engineered drawings included — your structure is solved for your wind region to AS 1170.2, with every steel member checked to AS 4100. It's the same engine that just drew your 3D model.
- Permit-ready plans — site plan on your actual lot with the building exactly where you placed it, elevations with every opening where you drew it, footing details and the structural certificate.
- We guide the lodgement — most owners lodge it themselves in under half an hour with our cover sheet; or we can arrange lodgement for you.

How payment works — nothing is charged on this website.
A $200 refundable reserve locks your quote and your spot. Kit-only orders: 50% to place the order,
50% before dispatch. Installed projects: deposit + staged payments tied to milestones (design freeze ·
delivery to site · installation · handover), structured to your state's building-payment rules — we walk you
through the exact schedule on the phone.
