The AI-First Construction Company

From Idea
to Keys.

What if you could take on more work without more overhead? BuildWorld uses AI to handle design, engineering, compliance, estimating, coordination — the entire front end — so builders can build. And we're not stopping there.

The Industry Is at a Breaking Point

Since 1945, manufacturing productivity has grown 1,500%.[2] Agriculture the same. Construction has flatlined. Builders are running harder than ever — quoting more jobs, managing more compliance, hiring harder — and still operating on thin margins.[4] Something has to give.

The Front End Eats Your Time

Estimating alone takes 10-20 hours a week. Then there's documentation, engineering, compliance, back-and-forth with consultants. Most of this is desk work. Most of it can be automated.

You Can't Hire Your Way Out

The US needs 500,000+ additional construction workers every year.[3] The UK, EU, and Australia face similar shortfalls. 92% of firms can't find workers to hire.[5] The answer isn't more hiring. It's a new production system that lets you do more with the team you have.

AI Is Finally Good Enough

Not a SaaS subscription. Not a modular factory. AI agents that actually do the work — design, engineer, check compliance, generate quotes. The models are good enough, the tooling is good enough, and it's getting better every month.

What Changes for Builders

How It Works Today With BuildWorld
Estimating 10-20 hours / week, 20-33% win rate Minutes per quote, quote more jobs
Design docs Architect + draftsperson, weeks of back-and-forth Floor plan to full documentation, automated
Engineering Outsource to structural firm, wait 2-4 weeks Generated from design, integrated
Compliance Energy rater + certifier, another $3-5K per job NCC 2025 checks run automatically
Capacity Capped by headcount and hours in the day Take on more work without more overhead
Builders everywhere operate on razor-thin margins while the front end — estimating, documentation, engineering, compliance — costs $15-40K per home. What if that entire cost became software?
Talk to Us

One Company. Idea to Keys.

Design

Floor plans to factory-ready CAD models. 3D virtual walkthroughs your clients can walk through before a single slab is poured.

Engineering

Structural layouts, steel frame specifications, load calculations. Automatically generated from design, compliant with local building standards.

Compliance

NCC 2025, energy ratings, BAL, R-Codes. Automated checking against the full regulatory landscape. The rules keep growing. Our agents keep up.

Estimating & BOQ

Floor plan goes in, material quantities and costed quotes come out. Quote more jobs, win more work. Integrated with real supplier pricing.

Fabrication

Welded steel frame kits generated from design data. Prefabricated off-site, delivered ready to assemble. The factory is in the software.

Assembly

The end state: from idea to keys. One company, one stack, AI at every step. We're automating the front end now. Fabrication and assembly come next. This is where it's all heading.

Deploy Fast. Prove Value. Expand.

We deploy AI agents into your existing workflow. No rip and replace, no six-month integration. We analyse your business, identify where the time and money goes, and start automating. You keep building. We handle the desk work.

Zero upfront cost. NDA first for comfort. We only charge when the automations deliver measurable value.

We Learn Your Business
NDA first. We analyse your current workflow, where you spend time, what your cost structure looks like. No obligation, no upfront cost.
02
Deploy AI Agents
Estimating, documentation, compliance, BOQ. We deploy agents into the front-end processes that eat your hours. Floor plan goes in, quotes and documentation come out.
03
You Take On More Work
With the desk work handled, you have capacity to grow. Quote more jobs, win more work, expand without expanding overhead. This is what AI unlocks for builders right now.
04
We Keep Going
Design, engineer, comply, fabricate, assemble. The end state is a single AI-first company that owns every step from idea to keys. We're automating the front end in 2026. Then we go deeper.

Built by People Who've Done This Before

Our founding team has decades of experience building and exiting complicated technology companies — from capital markets platforms to consumer hardware shipped at scale. We've raised and generated tens of millions across hard industries where execution is everything.

We think construction is the biggest opportunity in the world right now. Not because it's broken — the people in it are brilliant. But because AI can now do the cognitive work that used to require a dozen separate firms. Design, engineering, compliance, estimating — that's all desk work. And desk work is exactly what AI is good at.

We're venture-backed and have been on the coal face of AI and construction for over 18 months through five generations of models. We're deployed with our first customer and building the full stack right now. The progress is astounding and showing no signs of letting up.

We've never been more excited about anything we've worked on.

Get Involved

Whether you're a builder who wants to grow without growing overhead, an investor who sees where construction is heading, or someone who wants to help build the future of the built world — let's have a conversation.

From Idea to Keys

Every era leaves its mark on the built world. Steam gave us railways. Electricity gave us skyscrapers. AI will reshape how everything is designed, approved, and built. Whether you're building homes or building the future — this is where it starts.
