We refuse to accept a future in which each generation must expect less. An age of abundance should be visible in the homes we live in: quality, space, comfort and choice within reach of ordinary families.
The affordability ambition

Our long-term ambition is a beautiful family house-and-land package at half the price of a comparable package today.
That is a target to work towards and test in each market. It is not an achieved saving or an offer to sell a home at that price.
A credible comparison must include the land, servicing, approvals, manufacturing, assembly, finishes, finance and delivery costs, with comparable location and quality. Faster assembly is one part of that equation; the whole project has to work.

A home passes through design, approvals, procurement, manufacture and site work. We have built one system that carries a house through all of it, and an assembly plan ready for the robots as they arrive.
