On Build
On Build, Bob becomes your developer and project manager. Bob knows your house (its plan, structure and price) and works inside and outside the app to get it built at the cost of materials plus assembly, with your approval at every step that matters.
01 · Documents when they’re needed
The planning set when you reach planning. Permit drawings, details and services for the building permit. The quote pack, shop files and joinery package when it’s time to order.
02 · Sourcing direct
Bob asks manufacturers for quotes directly, gives each one only its own part, compares the answers and checks with you before anything is ordered.
03 · A build programme
Bob draws up your build as a Gantt chart, from approvals to handover, and ticks it along: what’s done, what’s next and what’s running late. Your project gets its own email, and Bob checks in every day.

Every home in Bob is priced the way it will be built: each material at its supply rate from BuildWorld’s live price book, freight to site, and the crew hours and crane days to assemble it, line by line. Site works, service connections, approvals and professional fees are separate, and Bob helps you estimate them.
Design is free for the first ten days. You add your card when you start. Cancel from your billing page before day 10 and you pay nothing; otherwise it continues at 49 a month in your currency. One free trial per person. Build has no free trial.
Design is the architect’s phase: Bob designs your home with you in 3D, plan and elevations, priced as you go, until it’s ready to build. Build is the building phase: Bob becomes your developer and project manager, releases the planning and working drawings as each stage needs them, sources quotes direct from manufacturers, keeps the build programme, and works outside the app with his own email for your project.
The planning and working drawings are for getting a house approved and built. On Build, Bob releases each set when your build reaches the stage that needs it: the planning set for planning, permit drawings and details for the building permit, and the quote pack, shop files and joinery package when it’s time to order.
Anywhere in the world, Bob finds the location, the slope, the street and the local authority. Wherever public data exists, Bob finds the full lot and its zoning too, and searches out more on request. Where it isn’t public, give Bob your site plan, a feature survey, a sketch or a description.
