Every part is specified as a component and priced from a live price book. On Build, Bob asks the makers for quotes directly, sends each one only its own part, and checks with you before anything is ordered.

Fabrication and logistics · Shop files live
Made in a factory. Shipped flat.
Every steel member, plate and panel comes with its shop drawings, cut lists and CNC files, made to the millimetre. The order is packed for freight and delivered in the order it goes up.

On-site assembly · In development
Bolted together. Then by robots.
Every part is planned as a lift: one person per lift with a voice-controlled crane, every lift counted and in sequence. That plan is what a robot needs. Our first assembly demonstrator is planned at a robotics test precinct.

What is BuildWorld?
BuildWorld is a construction technology company using AI to automate how homes are made: design and preconstruction documentation, material sourcing, fabrication and logistics, and ultimately assembly on site. Its AI, Bob, designs a home with you and then helps you build it at the cost of materials plus assembly.
How does AI make housing cheaper?
Much of what a home costs is the work around it: drawing and redrawing, documenting, estimating, margins added as materials pass from maker to site, waste and rework. BuildWorld automates that work, specifies every part for factory manufacture and seeks quotes direct from the makers, so the price comes down towards what the home is made of and what it takes to put together.
What does “materials plus assembly” mean?
Every home in Bob is priced the way it will be built: each material at its supply rate from BuildWorld’s live price book, freight to site, and the crew hours and crane days to assemble it, line by line. Site works, service connections, approvals and professional fees are separate, and Bob helps you estimate them.

Can I design and build anywhere?

Is BuildWorld a builder?
